What news did 2019 bring

In this and the following few posts, we would like to introduce you to the features that we added to agdata in 2019.

Many of them may have been discovered by you during use, but others may still be unknown to you. All of them together have one goal, especially to provide important information about your farm in the most accurate way possible.

Overview of machine load

Machine overviews now provide detailed information about the load of individual tractors and aggregations. This makes it easy to see the ratio of time spent working in the field and moving on the roads or the type of work that the tractor or aggregation performed the most. Everything can then be filtered, so that the data can only be displayed for the selected machine or parcel.

Advanced filters

Filters, especially in activities, but also machines or records, have gained useful new possibilities. You can filter by one or more parcels, by the time or area of the activity, or by distance travelled. Along with bulk archiving, it is an easy way to clean up activities, shorter for example, as 5 minutes, if you do not already set this in the GPS settings.

Crop overview by area

The crop seeding planner on the Crop page now contains an overview of the areas sown by each crop, including a view of parcels that can be easily found from the overview and worked with only with them in the planning.

Calculation of nutrients directly in activity

The new activity form now clearly shows the current nutrient supply to the crop, including the history of applications and fertilizersthat supplied a specific nutrient to the crop. There is no longer any need to calculate anything intricately, the system itself will show directly in the activity exceeding the nitrogen limit and the amount of other nutrients.

That's all that could fit in today's post. In addition to these features, we have also recently significantly improved the performance of some parts ofthe system to make its daily use as efficient as possible.
